Koen is a drummer with a broad background in different genres: indie, pop, R&B and rock. He plays in RINDUE and also has experience as a gospel drummer, where he really learned to play with feel. He studied drums at the Dutch Popacademie, and his experience as a producer has helped him develop a lot both rhythmically and melodically.

My lessons are all about discovering your own sound and style. We play all kinds of music and put exercises straight into practice with play-along tracks and loops, so you learn to groove right away. Got your own ideas for songs or anything else? Awesome! We will get to work on them.
Good technique is important to sound good, so we pay attention to that too, without it getting boring. But above all, we are just going to have loads of fun!
